For founders

Ship your MVP like you had a technical co-founder.

A senior product lead scopes your idea and manages the build. A vetted pod builds it at founder-friendly rates. And for startups we believe in, part of the fee can be equity.

Why founders get stuck

No technical co-founder

You can sell the vision, but nobody on the team can scope a product, manage developers, or judge whether the work is good.

Agency quotes eat the runway

Traditional agencies price MVPs like enterprise software. You're asked to spend the seed round before learning anything.

Freelancer roulette

One contractor builds fast and ghosts. The next one rebuilds the first one's work. You manage people instead of learning from users.

Building the wrong thing

Without product judgment, the MVP grows features nobody asked for and misses the one flow investors and users actually test.

What you get

With Werkit

A senior product lead

Scoping, specs, prioritization and QA from someone who has shipped products for global companies. Your idea gets product management, not just hands.

A vetted builder pod

Builders we recruited, trained and pay through our own rails execute the backlog at rates that respect a founder's runway.

AI-accelerated delivery

Built on Bubble or Lovable with AI-assisted development, so weeks of work compress into days without cutting corners.

A fixed-scope proposal

Written deliverables, a real price and a delivery date before any building starts. Changes are priced explicitly, never absorbed silently.

Weekly working demos

You see the real product running every week, so course corrections happen in days, not at the end.

Everything is yours

App, accounts, code and documentation transfer to you at handover. No lock-in, no hostage clauses.

From idea to launch

You have the idea

And no technical co-founder. It keeps almost taking shape, and falling apart. Every week in your head is a week it isn't in front of users.

A senior lead draws the scope

You brief the person who will own your build. Together you draw the MVP's real shape: what proves the model, what waits for v2.

A pod builds it, piece by piece

Vetted builders execute while the senior lead reviews daily. Every part of your product comes off the pod's hands, and you see a working demo every week.

Signed off, priced, dated

The lead checks every piece against the scope you drew. Fixed price, fixed date, cash or cash plus equity. No drift.

Launch. Then iterate

Your MVP ships on time and you own everything. The pod stays available for what users teach you next.

Lead

Cash, or cash plus equity.

Most builds are straight fixed-price work. But every year we take on a small number of startups we genuinely believe in, offsetting part of the fee in exchange for equity after our own evaluation of the idea, the founder and the market.

If that's you, pitch us. The worst case is a straight quote; the best case is a build partner with skin in your game.

Frequently asked questions

What does 'PM assistance' actually mean?

A senior product lead works with you the way a technical co-founder would: turning your idea into a scoped spec, deciding what's in the MVP and what waits, managing the pod day to day, and QAing what ships. You talk to one person who has built and launched products before.

What does an MVP cost?

Builder hours start at $25 per hour, and you pay for senior product time only where it counts. Every build is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope before work starts, so the number you approve is the number you pay. And the first sprint is risk-free: if week one misses your bar, you don't pay for it.

How does the equity option work?

For a small number of startups a year that pass our evaluation, we offset part of the cash fee in exchange for equity. It's case by case: pitch us what you're building, and if we believe in it we'll propose a split.

Who owns the product?

You do, always. The app, the accounts, the code and the documentation are yours at handover, whether you paid cash or cash plus equity.

What stack will my MVP use?

Whatever gets you to market fastest with room to grow: Bubble or Lovable with AI-accelerated development for most MVPs, modern web code where the product demands it. The senior lead recommends on the scope call and explains the trade-off.

How fast can we launch?

Most MVPs are scoped in the first week and built in focused weekly sprints with a demo every week. Your delivery date is written into the fixed-scope proposal.
